Azure Midstream operates approximately 479 miles of pipeline providing natural gas gathering, compression and treating, and processing services in East Texas and North Louisiana.
Located within the DeSoto, Red River and Caddo parishes of North Louisiana and currently serves the Haynesville and Bossier shale formations as well as the liquids-rich Cotton Valley formation. We believe this area is the "core of the core" of the Haynesville shale because of the quality of the geology and the high production profile of the wells drilled. Our Holly system consists of 361 miles of high- and low- pressure pipeline (8" - 36" in diameter) serving approximately 124,240 dedicated gross acres. The system also includes two amine treating plants with combined capacity of 920 MMcfd and four compressors with combined 15,845 horsepower. With connections to eight downstream access points, the Holly system provides shippers with access to significant off-take capacity.
Located within Shelby, San Augustine and Nacogdoches counties in East Texas, this system provides gathering, compression and treating services for production from the Haynesville and Bossier formations in the Shelby Trough. Our Shelby system is designed to efficiently access our 57,000 gross acreage dedications through 126 miles of high-pressure pipeline. The system includes one amine treating plants a capacity of 200 MMcfd and 2,820 horsepower of compression with access to four major pipeline interconnections.
